The Company

Printfection is a swag management platform which makes it easy to create and distribute branded merchandise. We’re the first SaaS solution revolutionizing the historically stagnant $25 billion dollar promo products industry.

Customers include Zendesk, InVision, Gusto, Discord and many others.

After working remotely for half the week for the past 10 years, we became a fully remote company in 2020, even prior to the pandemic. All of our processes, management and culture is focused around trusting our team to do great work wherever they’re located.

  • Following our brand guidelines, own and create graphics for our website, app, eBooks, blog posts, webinars, social media posts, competitor battle cards, printed product datasheets, product decks, and anything else from a creative perspective 
  • Work with our Engineering team to ensure our brand guidelines are maintained as we develop and evolve our application 
  • Create graphics for our swag, trade show booths, and customer/prospect-facing landing pages
  • Assist our Sales and Customer Success teams with any design needs they may have
  • Coordinate design efforts with third party agencies and resources to help with web & video design 
  • Maintain working relationships with all departments, including excellent communication of project goals and statuses 


  • At least 3+ years of experience in web and graphic design (Wordpress strongly preferred) 
  • Experience with ecommerce or merchandise photography is highly desirable (think of catalogs by the likes of Patagonia, The North Face, etc) 
  • Proven track record and examples of product decks, ebook/whitepaper designs, and website graphics - show us your awesomeness! 
  • Incredible attention to detail and grit - you’ll be creating a lot of graphical assets
  • Master of typography, layout, color use, composition and brand identity principles
  • Bonus: Video and/or photography shooting and editing 
  • An open mindset comfortable with both coaching and ambiguity - we’re a mature startup which means you’ll be building our design function with minimal guidance in some instances

  • The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 and will be adjusted based on work experience and skills
