  • Ownership of invoicing, A/P, A/R, and payroll
  • Manage customer & vendor relationships, terms, contracts, etc.
  • Day-to-day transactional accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Month end close and reporting process
  • Establish and maintain accounting processes and internal controls
  • Coordinate and manage the annual tax return process
  • Develop annual budget process, analyze budget vs. actuals
  • Update and maintain financial and cash flow models
  • Identify and track key financial trends and metrics
  • Sales commissions and compensation models
  • Work cross functionally to develop financial awareness across the company
  • Be a financial expert to the product and engineering team as we upgrade our billing systems
  • Manage special projects


  • 5+ years experience in accounting or finance, CPA optional
  • Solid technical accounting skills
  • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Non-negotiable: excellent writing skills and attention to detail
