[Upcoming] eCommerce Production Artist

Denver, Colorado, United States | Full-time

Important: This is an Upcoming Position

We're always looking for great candidates however we realize our timelines may not always match up. That's why we post positions like this. We plan on hiring for this position in the future but are not actively sourcing at the moment. Submit your resume and we'll take a look as soon as we get a chance. Thanks and we look forward to talking with you!

About the Position

As the first-ever production artist on our small (and growing!) team your primary job will be to own our product imagery. This role is critical to revolutionizing the way we display and visually communicate across the entire business.

You’ll work with hundreds of vendors to acquire raw imagery; then edit, retouch, and enrich with additional metadata (such as smart objects defining each printable area and decoration method). Finally, you’ll publish to our eCommerce catalog for the world to see.

Being a swag company, every item we sell is ultimately customized with a customer logo and most items can be decorated with multiple print techniques. So there’s a lot of complexity (aka fun!) compared to your run-of-the-mill eCommerce operation.

Help us define what world-class creative operations and visual marketing should look like.

If you have excellent project management skills, an eye for detail, and experience in a high-volume deadline-driven environment; this could be the perfect opportunity to experience significant career growth at an early-stage, profitable startup!

A Bit About Our Culture

Our culture is fairly autonomous; emphasizing trust, responsibility, and results. We’re still early-stage, but our culture is more “mature” than some of our peers. We trust you to manage your own time, decide when and how much vacation to take, etc. You’re empowered to fully own your area of responsibility, make mistakes, and learn as you go. Even though we’re all independent people, there’s a high degree of support and collaboration amongst the team. Everyone really cares and is here to win. Of course, with great freedom comes great responsibility. You’ll be held to a high standard. We expect you to produce real, measurable results. No squishy goals!
